I’d spent about a year on the mat by the time perhaps the most famous member of the Gracie family came to town (his cousin Rodrigo is an equally superb instructor). I remained somewhat consistent for about four years before the circumstances of life pulled my time and energy elsewhere. A return is probable but exactly when remains to be seen.
