With that said, Everett “Erika” Bickford is an election judge in Allentown, Pennsylvania who was charged recently with two election code violations for altering ballots.

He, who prefers she, is also said to be a pastor (hence the clerical collar), although the church Bickford represents wasn’t mentioned — most likely Unitarian.
