Moore, who has been described as “Bond incarnate, and then some… the quintessential Englishman,” was a natural for the role and, for many, remains their favorite MI6 agent.

The Bond girls — okay I need to be honest, they’re literally known in this particular movie as “Octopussy girls” — are Carole Ashby, Gillian De Terville, Tina Robinson Hansen, Carolyn Seaward (Miss England 1979), and Mary Stävin (Miss World 1977).
