Few brands reflected the ambiance of the ‘80s and ‘90s more than T&C Surf Designs. The mascot characters — Joe Cool, Tiki Man, Kool Kat, and Thrilla Gorilla — known collectively as “Da Boys,” are the brainchild of pop artist Steve Nazar who still produces his beach-themed illustrations.
